March 19, 2011: one week after the quake

I visited my ophthalmologist in Yoyogi to get a new prescription for
eyeglasses.
Shinjuku Station underground shops--They are open but not as cheerful
as usual.

Isetan: I visited the 7th floor to make a new pair of glasses and found a
nice Chanel frame. They sent it to Fukui for a special arrangement.
Basement food gallery, Isetan. Lots of food products and Lots of shoppers
just like usual weekends.

I spent one hour after the quake with Emiko over coffee and sweets on March 11.

Everything looks normal at least here at the Starbucks, Jiyugaoka, Tokyo
