Health Care Reform Rally, Boston Common, Sept 7, 09

To join the rally for healthcare reform, Nina and I went to the
Boston Common on the Labor day holiday morning.
Nina and an activist man

Three New England senators from Democratic and Republican
parties came to speak. The morning rally attracted over 1,000
people. Many Hispanic speaking people were there with placards
in Spanish. Both young and adults, men and women as well as
the Back Bay and the Beacon Hill dogs were present. The crowd
took a parade from the Common to the Copley Square. Nina and I
treated ourselves coffee and sweats from the Dunkin Doughnut in
Downtown Crossing and took the Red line back to the H Square.
Boston's liberal spirits and fights for causes still go on.
